How do I reserve a bouncer?
Click "Reserve Now" then add to cart. If it doesn't allow you to reserve the bouncer it's not available for that day.
What is the price of a bouncer?
All prices are listed on the website.
Is delivery free?
No, delivery is not free. Sales tax and delivery applies to all orders.
What is the size of the bouncer?
All dimensions are located on the website.
Will I get my deposit back?
No, deposits are nonrefundable and they go towards your next order if you cancel your event. You have up to one year to redeem your deposit.
Does the ground have to be completely flat to set up a bouncer?
No, the ground does not need to be completely flat; the bouncer will be secured to the ground with 18-inch stakes or sandbags.
Can adults use the bouncer?
Yes, all bouncers are commercial and can be used by all ages.
Can you have a waterslide at a park?
It depends, a waterslide requires a water hose connection to make the slide a waterslide.
Does a generator come with the bouncer?
No, bouncers do not come with a generator. It comes with a 100 ft extension cord, however, if your location does not have power you will need to reserve a generator.
Can I order tables and chairs only?
No, we do not rent tables and chairs only. They must be reserved with other items.
